If you get wheezy with exertion or have a persistent cough, you may have Asthma, which is when your lungs are over-sensitive. Regular reviews (to ‘fine tune’ your medication) will help you feel much better, sleep better and take less time off work.

If you use an action plan, you are four times less likley to have an asthma attack that requires emergency hospital treatment!
