Technique makes a difference - video animations show how to use your inhaler and spacers.
If you get wheezy with exertion or have a persistent cough, you may have Asthma, which is when your lungs are over-sensitive. Regular reviews (to ‘fine tune’ your medication) will help you feel much better, sleep better and take less time off work.
