Chaperones

There may be occasions when you need to visit the Doctor or Nurse for a physical examination.  On such occasions it is your right to request a chaperone should you wish to. Please ask the Doctor or Nurse for a chaperone if you need one.

It would be helpful to the planning of the surgery if you are aware of this in advance, that you inform reception when making the appointments.
