Message to patients re Flu Vaccines - 14 September 2020

We will start to send out invites via text, or letter if you do not have a mobile. We ask patients to await their invite if you are eligible for a vaccine.

Due to the COVID-19 situation we have changed the way in which we are running our clinics this year. We will be running them in a time efficient, regimented process from start to finish. We have allocated dates and times for patients to arrive, in a priority ordered format. You will be contacted with the date and time around 2 weeks before the clinic you have been allotted.

We kindly ask that patients attend at the slot time given to them and not any earlier; the process should take between 10-15 minutes. Please attend alone if possible, wear loose fitting / sleeveless tops and easily removable outer coat. Face coverings will need to be worn when inside the surgery. The front car park will be closed but parking is available in our back car park. No toilets will be open. We ask for your full cooperation with this process, staff will be available to assist on the day. If you have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has you should NOT attend the surgery.

If you are unable to attend at the allotted time given you do not need to contact the practice. You will need to await another message from us with a new time, which again will be allocated to you; this will be once everyone has been recalled (which is being staggered due to delivery dates and clinic times).

We ask that you please DO NOT contact the surgery with regards to flu vaccines this year, we will contact you will all information needed.

Thank you for your co-operation.
