FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY
To protect yourself, other patients and our staff, please wear a face mask to any attendance at the surgery. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please press the buzzer and you will be asked to wait in your car/outside until it is safe to see you.
There are extremely high levels of COVID in the local area so we would encourage everyone to work together to stay safe.
COVID-19 vaccinations you've had abroad
There is now a service for showing evidence for any COVID vaccinations you've had outside of England. This is so the NHS can securely update your vaccination record.
You can use this service if you:

are aged 18 years old or over

have an NHS number
-
have received one of these MHRA-approved vaccines outside of England - Oxford/AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) or Moderna (Spikevax)

For 3rd doses you can attend any of the walk-in clinics running at Barnstaple Leisure Centre. You must take your text/letter as proof of eligibility.

The following Clinical Commissioning Group channels have been set up to assist the general public with questions regarding COVID vaccinations:
1) Raise a query via the online Devon Covid Vaccination Enquiry Form
2) Call 01752 398836 and leave a voicemail – the telephone number is monitored between 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday

Do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
