Regular physical activity can boost you mood and reduce the risk of developing heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, some cancers, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.

Walk your way to health! Did you know that walking briskly for just 10 continuous minutes counts as exercise? It's easier than you think to fit into your day!

Take your pick from 24 instructor-led videos in our Aerobics, Strength and Resistance, Pilates and Yoga categories. The workouts have been created by fitness experts and range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Including videos designed for people with struggling with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Back Pain and Knee Pain.

Park Run

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
