You can book an appointment for the relevant Doctor, Nurse or Healthcare Professional by telephoning the numbers below (8.30am-1pm | 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri ):

* Please note that you will not be able to contact the surgery by telephone during extended hours.

Via Online Services

Once registered you can log on via the internet to our online services where you can book an appointment, order a repeat prescription or view your medical record. Please note that this service requires registration before you can use it. Click the Online booking system link below for further information (or if you are an existing registered user wishing to logon).

Routine Appointments

Routine and follow-up appointments are bookable up to 4 weeks in advance. Please try to ring after 9.30am when our phone lines are less busy. We do not offer routine appointments on the day.

Urgent Appointments / Same Day Team 

If your problem cannot wait please ring after 8.30am. A Receptionist will ask a few basic questions and you will be offered a telephone call back from one of our same day team Doctors. The Doctor will decide if a face to face appointment is required and will offer an appointment if appropriate. 

Cancelling Appointments & Non Attending

If you have booked an appointment with a GP, practice nurse or healthcare professional and  are then unable to attend, please let us know either by telephone on 01237 426300, by cancelling online (if you have booked your appointment online) or by calling-in to reception with as much notice as possible.


Click the e consult logo or link above. Fill out a simple online form to get advice and treatment today if you submit your request between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. Otherwise your practice will respond by the end of the next working day.

  2. Your GPs decide on the best treatment for you

  3. The practice calls you or emails you with advice, a prescription or an appointment
