Urgent Appointments / Same Day Team

If your problem cannot wait please ring after 8.30am. A Receptionist will ask a few basic questions and you will be offered a telephone call back from one of our same day team Doctors. The Doctor will decide if a face to face appointment is required and will offer an appointment if appropriate.

Six steps to seeing your GP during the COVID-19 pandemic

If you need to seek advice from the practice, contact us by telephone on 01237 426300 or via the website. Phone lines are open 8.30am-1pm | 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri .

To protect you and practice staff, you are likely to be offered a telephone, online or video consultation.

Your GP will give you a face-to-face appointment at the practice if they identify that you need one.

If you do need to visit for an appointment, we will tell you everything you need to know when you come and what measures are in place to keep you safe.

If your GP thinks you need to be referred to hospital for review or treatment, they will arrange this.

If you are given an appointment at the practice or at the hospital, it is really important to attend.

Cancelling Appointments & Non Attending

If you have booked an appointment with a GP, practice nurse or healthcare professional and  are then unable to attend, please let us know either by telephone on 01237 426300, by cancelling online (if you have booked your appointment online) or by calling-in to reception with as much notice as possible.
