Urgent Appointments / Same Day Team
If your problem cannot wait please ring after 8.30am. A Receptionist will ask a few basic questions and you will be offered a telephone call back from one of our same day team Doctors. The Doctor will decide if a face to face appointment is required and will offer an appointment if appropriate.
Cancelling Appointments & Non Attending
If you have booked an appointment with a GP, practice nurse or healthcare professional and are then unable to attend, please let us know either by telephone on 01237 426300, by cancelling online (if you have booked your appointment online) or by calling-in to reception with as much notice as possible.

Your GP will give you a face-to-face appointment at the practice if they identify that you need one.
If you do need to visit for an appointment, we will tell you everything you need to know when you come and what measures are in place to keep you safe.
